We are currently a team of 12, of which 7 are developers, 2 Product Owners, 1 Scrum Master/Talent Manager, 1 Account Executive, and the Founder/Director.

Our software enable agencies and sales teams to manage their field marketing operations (schedule shifts, recruit new donors, and calculate salaries).
We provide real-time insights to both agencies and NGOs about their campaigns’ performance. We also manage dataflows and provide CRM integrations (like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
Our focus is efficiency, transparency, and data quality.
We're looking for a software engineer to help us build intuitive, well-crafted web applications. You'll work across the stack and have real ownership over what you ship.
