About TapRaise

TapRaise is a SaaS company located in Breda, entirely focused on the optimization of fundraising. Our clients include 65+ NGOs and industry-leading fundraising agencies. We count on an extensive network and have more than ten years of digital product development experience.

We currently have 11 employees, of which 7 are developers, 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Account Executive, and the founder.

About the role

As the Sales and Account Executive, you are a key player in the company's sales process, responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth. Your primary role involves identifying potential new clients, developing relationships, and closing sales deals. As well as managing and nurturing existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Since we work with charities and focus on the non-profit sector, it is a big plus if you have experience with the industry, and as the Sales and Account Executive, you have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping increase the efficiency of the NGO's fundraising operation.

At TapRaise, we embrace the flexibility and benefits of a hybrid work environment (minimum two times a week on-site). You might also need to visit customers on-site. As an international-oriented company, we speak and work in English.  

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English - both spoken and written.
  • Outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Responsible for managing the sales process and closing deals.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers to understand their needs.
  • Present product demos and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Help with the technical setup and configuration of the software.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
