About TapRaise

TapRaise is a SaaS company located in Breda, entirely focused on the optimization of fundraising. Our clients include 65+ NGOs and industry-leading fundraising agencies.

We count on an extensive network and have more than ten years of experience in digital product development. We are on a mission to increase worldwide social impact and we strive to create a workplace culture that promotes fun, well-being, and employee satisfaction.

At TapRaise we are currently 9 developers, 1 scrum master, 1 sales executive, and our founder (who is currently taking on the PO hat).

About our product

With our solutions is possible to streamline the entire fundraising process, reducing administrative hassle and leaving more time to make an impact: 'Less administration, more impact.'

Our software enable agencies and sales teams to manage their field marketing operations (schedule shifts, recruit new donors, and calculate salaries).

We provide real-time insights to both agencies and NGOs about their campaigns’ performance. We also manage dataflows and provide CRM integrations (like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).

Our focus is efficiency, transparency, and data quality.

About the role

As the Product Owner, you are a key player in the company's product development process, responsible for managing the product lifecycle and driving product growth. Your primary role involves defining the product vision, prioritising features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives and customer expectations.

While experience in the charity or non-profit sector is a plus, it is not required. As a Product Owner, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact by creating solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients’ operations.

At TapRaise, we embrace the flexibility and benefits of a hybrid work environment (minimum three times a week on-site). You may also need to visit customers or stakeholders on-site to gather requirements or validate product features.

What we expect from you

  • Fluent in Dutch and English—both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product features and requirements.
  • Responsible for defining and prioritising the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and sales teams to drive product success.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals.
  • Monitoring and analysing product performance to inform future development.
  • Identifying opportunities for product enhancements and ensuring continuous improvement.

What we offer

  • A competitive salary that matches your experience.
  • An opportunity to grow.
  • A yearly personal development budget.
  • Commuting expenses.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • A healthy work-life balance.
  • 35 paid vacation days.
  • MacBook Pro and other gear.
  • Quarterly team-building activities.
  • Inspiring startup incubator environment.

We believe work should be an enjoyable and meaningful experience, where collaboration is encouraged. We are committed to understanding your ambitions and working alongside you to help you achieve them.

At TapRaise, we prioritize transparency, humility, and approachability, embracing these values regardless of age, culture, background, gender, or religion.

If you think you are a good addition to our team, we would love to hear from you.
